Pulls the safe portions of Esteban's ff9a3d566 (whistlegraph/menuband mirror) into the monorepo: - `hapticsEnabled` UserDefaults-backed property in MenuBandController - Trackpad haptic feedback in PianoKeyboardView for note taps + hover The third part of his commit (haptics toggle UI in ExpandedPianoWaveformView) was skipped because that file's context in his tree assumes the older `instrumentTitleRow` NSView layout + `WaveformView` visualizer, both of which were retired in our `4f4f333a6 rc1 wip` reshape. The other two commits in his series (a3a4ca8eb refine waveform UI, 93662c34e palette controls) similarly depend on WaveformView and the overlay close/dock/expand-collapse buttons, so they're being left for a follow-up that consciously decides whether to un-retire WaveformView.
