KidLisp kernels: a WGSL device check master

kidlisp/tools/check-kernel-wgsl.mjs compiles a piece's kernels to WGSL, runs them on a real WebGPU device in headless Chrome, and compares with the JavaScript runner. Fía's projection: no compiler messages on the Apple adapter, worst relative error 3.2e-6 over eight rows, f32 against f64.
