hopehop: new pop lane — chill trap-soul beat with an autotuned singing panther master
New `pop/hopehop/` lane (WIP, iterating): summer/De-La-flavored chill hip-hop / R&B at 82 BPM, rendered amaythingra-style through a self- contained C synth bed + a JS freesound bake step. - c/hopehop.c — bed voices (drawbar organ, walking upright bass, flute, music box, sine bells, FM bell, formant vocal chop + dreamy vocal pad), unison-detune + tanh saturation + global chorus, arranged for FLOW (intro build → groove → hook → break → drop → outro). - bin/render-hopehop.mjs — bake driver: builds/runs the C bed, then sequences a freesound TRAP kit (808 + half-time backbeat + ratchet hats + layered perc), the PANTHER as a pitched, WORLD-autotuned singing instrument (bass + hook), and a saucy macOS `say` vocal that sings the hook melody (also WORLD-autotuned), with sidechain pump, filter/volume automation, and a hip-hop master. - bin/fetch-kit.mjs — pulls the kit (drums/perc/scratches/panther) from Freesound, attributions cached in the vault. - bin/gen-illy.mjs + hopehop.illy.txt — panther-with-a-milkshake cover. - hopehop.np — score/notation notes.
