Re-burn the oskiewar social preview against the shipped hello.js master

The preview manifest carries a hash over hello.js, and a comment reworded after the last burn left it one edit stale — which lith/deploy.fish caught on its freshness check and rolled the deploy back for. Burned against f70c56eddd6022ae, the tree that is actually going out.
