- mesh-pals.mjs: Meshy 6 image-to-3D (lowpoly/quad/PBR) → GLB from a pals tile - spin-pals.mjs: three.js headless turntable render w/ IBL env map → 60 transparent frames + preview mp4/gif (the 'blinged out' reflections) - baked to tray-height sprite sheets (sheet-1x/2x/3x + manifest), 1.0M total - tray-renderer: new logoMode 'spin' (default) cycles the frames continuously via the existing ticker; badge/count still composite over the gem; falls back to flat pals line-art if frames absent.
