the web shell's ?portrait renders the pup's face from puppy-flat.lisp through the game's own interpreter, facing you, head cocked, tongue out, on cream. icon.mjs shoots it at 1024 in headless Chrome and makes the iOS full-bleed icon and the macOS rounded square (824 on 1024, 185 corners, a soft shadow) at 16–512 @1x/@2x. both targets use AppIcon.
