shot-wizard: new macOS storyboarding app for the AC media suite master
ShotWizard — sibling to ClipWizard/JukeWizard/WaveWizard. Reads a board.json (ordered shots: VO line, lane GEN/CAP/CARD/VO, source still, motion prompt, rendered clip, status) and shows the storyboard as a living sequence: - bottom STRIP = every shot in order, thumbnailed from its real generated output (Seedance clip frame / card / source), status-tinted borders - ◀ move / move ▶ re-orders the sequence, written straight back to board.json - big scrub-player previews the selected shot's clip (or its still) - ▶ play-all runs the whole board end-to-end (with the VO bed) to watch the storyboard before assembling - right sidebar: VO line, lane, source thumb, motion prompt, status, and ↻ generate / ⛭ assemble (shell out to the board's node driver via JobRunner) Full family shebang: gen-mascot.mjs (violet storyboard-wizard), gen-icons.sh (light/dark dock icons), bin/shotwizard launcher, BackdropView/DockIcon shared pattern. First board: grants/restless-egg-2026/video/board.json (the Restless Egg 60s intro — VO + 2 Seedance shots already wired). Builds green; launch- verified rendering the board + playing the emblem clip.
