- Remove the GitHub-mirror push-URL configuration. The new oven code only pushes a tiny metadata + buildlog commit to knot (origin), so the OVEN_GH_TOKEN warning was noise on every deploy. - Replace 8 uses of \`date +%s%3N\` with a portable \`ms()\` helper using python3. macOS \`date\` doesn't expand \`%N\`, which made every timing arithmetic line print "value too great for base" errors.
