Major chord trigger moves from Control (⌃) back to Command (⌘) at every detection site. New scheme: ⌘ = major, ⌥ = minor, ⌘⌥ = sus. Control is now chord-inert. ⌘+note is consumed by the chord path so the macOS menu key-equivalent doesn't fire; ⌘+non-note (⌘Q, ⌘Tab) still passes through. Gamepad chord flags updated to match.
