pop/maytrax: motion-score finisher — the trancenwaltz treatment on SHAKEOUT master

@jeffrey: the pulsing should be baked BETWEEN the separation layers, the pals should be the real /pop reel treatment, cuts and effects musical, no fades, solid ending. This replaces the flat ffmpeg post-grade with a canvas score renderer forked from the marimbaba/trancenwaltz pattern (motion-score-marimbaba-yt.mjs): the assembled Seedance cut pipes through frame by frame and everything is drawn in ONE pass, in order — camera (slow ken-burns push + a cos^8 punch on every beat at 144 BPM), then bloom behind the figure [screen], then the breathing contrast vignette [multiply], then the rim halo [screen], then the pals, then unsharp at the encoder so the felt fibre survives the glow. The pals get the faithful trancenwaltz treatment: purple-pals.svg rasterized (white-keyed raster fallback), rotated 90° hugging both edges, tinted to the section colour blended with a 4-cycle hue spin, stained in with the 4-pass multiply/burn/overlay seep + a crisp source-over whisper, LED-pulsed by the audio envelope, with the looping wiggle + swivel. Every envelope reads from the renderer's own events.json — the same list the audio was rendered from, so nothing drifts and nothing is detected. Musical timing elsewhere: crossfades locked to ONE EIGHTH NOTE (60/144/2); the reel audio slice loses its fade-out and runs one extra BEAT past the last section edge so the closing downbeat actually sounds — a hard oomph ending instead of a fade.
