The harness is Aesel; its folder now says so. Every path that reached into easel/ follows: the app's bundle-session and release scripts, lith's deploy (which packs the installer tarball from the tree), the backend and slab imports, the jev toolchain, docs and CLAUDE.md. The fish dotfile sources aesel/shell with a fallback for checkouts that haven't pulled. The Mac app's terminal half moves to Contents/Resources/aesel, and it reclaims links it made under the old Resources/easel layout. What installed copies and shipped clients depend on is unchanged here: the /easel/ URL prefix (served from aesel/), Session/easel inside the app, bin/easel in the tarball, easel.sh / easel.json / easel.tar.gz, the /api/easel-* endpoints, and the runtime folders and EASEL_* variables.
