sandbox: braille is the working inline 'draw anything' — drop dead math route master

Verified: MathJax \rule is text-mode (unsupported on GitHub), \colorbox broken since 2023 — so inline math cannot draw bitmaps/paths. Replace with art-to-braille.mjs: parametric shapes (smiley/flower) + PNG->braille (zlib decode, sips normalize), packed into U+2800 glyphs in a code fence. Renders everywhere, no files. Record the support verdict in the README.
