Deploys aesthetic-network-traffic-26-arxiv.pdf and regenerates the index, feed.xml and rss.xml. The oven's papers git-poller reports running:false, so nothing on that side would have published this. ios-so-far-26-arxiv.pdf rides along because the regenerated index lists it: that paper was built and passed its own Aesthetic Eye earlier today but its PDF was never copied into the site directory, and shipping an index entry without the file behind it is a public 404.
