oskiewar: a park peer in your own costume is you — a client tag says so master

@jeffrey saw "2 players" alone in the desert, the second body wearing his costume and moving with him: his own frame handed back as a peer. The relay keeps park peers by socket, so a client that comes back on a new socket while its old one still reads open is two peers for a while, and each socket is shown the other. Now a client marks its park frames with a random tag; the relay carries the tag on the peer and, when a socket arrives wearing a tag another socket already wears, lets the older one go; and the game never draws or counts a peer wearing its own tag, whatever id the relay gave it.
