lairk: arena controls and bodies, oskiewar-style netcode master
Movement is arena's: Quake pmove (strafe, air control), space to jump, shift to crouch, on a square platform with a thick skirt and a solid clock tower; walking off the edge drops you back home. Third person (behind you) or first (your eyes), v or the chip to switch; click captures the mouse to look, drag looks on touch, a tap walks you there. Netcode follows oskiewar-world/ARCHITECTURE.md §5. lib/lairk-world.mjs holds one fixed 60 Hz step both sides run. The client predicts its own body the frame you press and sends inputs by tick (redundant, 30 Hz); the session server re-runs them — never trusting a position — caps ticks at wall time, and snapshots everyone at 20 Hz with your ack. The client snaps to that and replays what's in flight, easing small corrections; everyone else is drawn 100 ms behind between snapshots, never ahead. lib/humanoid.mjs: arena's person, now shared — arena draws the same body (verified vertex- and color-identical), lairk dresses the torso in the handle's latest painting and the rest in its @ color, with a drop shadow.
