menuband: give every polyrhythm circle its own dominant color master

Counting dots is a poor way to find your rhythm mid-phrase, and the old [accent, ink, blend] set made the second circle plain black in light mode — the two circles read as one instrument with a spare part. Each circle now owns a hue. The first IS the system accent and the rest step around the wheel from it, so the set stays flavored by whatever accent the user picked instead of a palette hard-coded beside it. Steps are deliberately uneven: even spacing collapses to red-vs-cyan at two circles. The hue carries the rim, the hand, the hub and ALL the dots — waiting beats included, since between strikes is exactly when the circles need telling apart — while the count stays on ink, the one thing that must survive both appearances. A clean strike rings in the circle's own color, so orange/red still means off-grid and never 'different rhythm'. Light deepens the hues over a cream face, dark brightens them over olive, both borrowed from the TrackDrum pad below. A greyscale accent borrows a blue rather than yielding identical grey circles.
