slab-web: add --chrome mode (authed, chromeless --app window in your real Chrome) master

For pages that need your login (e.g. private fuser PRs): slab-web --chrome <url> opens a frameless Chrome --app window using your main profile/session. Default backend stays the AC Electron preview (CDP + auto-tiled). Chrome --app windows aren't auto-tiled (can't be told apart from normal Chrome windows via AX).
