Tracked edits plus new files under 2 MB. Conflicts went to the knot's side where neo's copy was stale or its lines had already landed; .mcp.json, pop/RELEASES.md (eight gigabytes entry) and xbox/tools/live.mjs (hot-deploy) keep both sides. Not carried: neo's uncommitted Oskiewar work (xbox/live/oskiewar.js, tests/oskiewar.test.mjs, tests/renderer.test.mjs, ~1,700 lines) conflicts with 31 newer knot commits. It is kept whole in the local tag neo-sweep-2026-09-27 and ~/sync-aside-2026-09-27/neo-oskiewar-wip.patch on neo, to be ported onto v173 by the session that wrote it.
