nom: fold notenom into shared engine + add swipe pen events master
- lib/nom.mjs: add a third `note` mode (notenom) alongside number/word — pitch-class palette, note rules (C MAJOR/A MINOR/SHARPS/chords/HIGH/LOW), per-cell note voicing, scale-on-start, BPM 92 override (own beatMs on the wall-clock grid). Troggles on. Merged with the clock-synced beats + MatrixChunky8 text-fitting that landed on main. - disks/notenom.mjs: 828-line standalone → thin wrapper forcing note mode. - lib/pen.mjs: emit first-class `swipe:left/right/up/down` pen events on a finished gesture (24px dominant-axis threshold), fired just before `lift`. - lib/disk.mjs: pen-event `is()` reads the 2nd colon segment of `swipe:*` as a direction (not a pointer index); additive, primary-pointer only. - nom: swipe moves one square, tap anywhere munches (replaces tap-to-move), plus an on-screen deadzone overlay visualizing the 24px swipe threshold.
