menuband: menubar-local 3·2·1 count-in (drop full-screen overlay) master

The count-in numerals now render IN the menubar status item — a Menu-Band-purple pill with the numeral (app's monospaced-heavy numeric style), in place of the keyboard for the beat — instead of the big full-screen system-font overlay. Removed CountdownOverlay; wired KeyboardIconRenderer.countInDigit into beginCountIn/cancelCountIn.
