oven: kill papers auto-build commit loop — deterministic PDFs + self-commit skip master

papers/cli.mjs: set SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH (from newest source mtime) + FORCE_SOURCE_DATE=1 in the xelatex env so /CreationDate, /ModDate, and the trailer /ID stop varying run-to-run. oven/papers-git-poller.mjs: - skip rebuild when every commit in lastBuilt..remoteHead is by oven@aesthetic.computer (positive-feedback loop breaker) - write .last-papers-built-hash BEFORE startBuildFn so a busy/failed build can't strand the hash on a stale commit - add PAPERS_POLLER_DISABLED env-var kill switch
