tezos: fix dead mainnet RPC (mainnet.api.tez.ie -> rpc.tzbeta.net) master

mainnet.api.tez.ie no longer resolves (DNS gone) and ecadinfra is also down; every mainnet keeps op (mint, withdraw, royalty, transfer) failed with ENOTFOUND. Switched to Foundation-run rpc.tzbeta.net (verified live). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
