index.html and the new fur lab share it. with fur on, the shell provides frame(): it keeps the program's SHAPES, lifts the pup's all-ball-and-limb sketches out for fur (blanking their handle so the flat pass skips them), and runs the rest through frame-vm.mjs as before. the game gains pupHandles(), stageTap() and a close lab camera.
