menuband: back takes up to your handle — /api/menuband-takes, the menuband piece, a backfill script master

Private, admin-only for now. Menu Band takes (mix + stems + notes) land in the user bucket under /menuband/<code>/ with a private ACL; the API hands out presigned PUTs to upload and 1h presigned GETs to play and save. The menuband piece lists your takes newest first. backfill-takes.mjs uploads takes already on disk.
