speech.mjs has long sent `speech:error` when a cloud utterance gives up, but disk.mjs only ever forwarded `speech:completed`, so no piece could hear a failure. Pruttivox sat on "SPEAKING 1 / N" in silence — the shape of what @prutti reported in laer-klokken today. Forward the error with its status and provider, and let the piece tell "sign in" (401/403) apart from "the voice service is down", which now offers a retry. Worker bundle rebuilt.
