Companion to frame-mcp: drives browsers (CDP: nav/reload/stroke/gesture/key/ cursor/eval/shot/waitfor) and native apps (OS: type/keys/term) on any registered Mac, as discoverable named tools. Talks the puppet daemon's unix socket directly — same warm-CDP fast path the CLI uses (~5ms/action), and being resident it skips even the CLI's per-call node cold-start, so latency is preserved, not added.
