The MacNeoPolitan Trio sings a wake-up lullaby (compose-wake.mjs → scores/trio-wake.mbscore, 69 bpm, D, rising; frisbee's first word is her name). bin/wake.sh dims blueberry and frisbee, plays, and lifts their screens from the downbeat. Blueberry's cradle is cast to Aaron (Enhanced) and written inside his measured band; the Sept 22 sleep lullaby (compose-lullaby.mjs) is committed alongside. Menu Band: `faceAlpha` makes the skin a translucent wash over a Metal surface that clears to nothing (eyes and mouth stay solid); `gaze` turns the lid camera on so the eyes follow the nearest person in the room (SingerGaze.swift, Vision faces + upper bodies), with a two-sine wander and decaying glances when nobody is there; a closed lid at cue time makes the member sing "open me" to the score's notes (LidState.swift); captions lost their sideways scatter and wear the member's color as outline and glow; hair per member from the turnaround sheets (members/*/turnaround.png, gpt-image-2.5): neo's sprouts, blueberry's fringe and bar brows, frisbee's spiral curls. Camera needs com.apple.security.device.camera under the hardened runtime. trio-payload.mjs forwards faceAlpha and captionSize. bin/ship-bundle.sh ships neo's installed bundle to a member that cannot build. REVIEW-2026-09-23.md is the scriptability and source review. Also carries the other seat's PolyrhythmStage.swift + tests + main.swift hook, which AppDelegate already referenced.
