menuband: sample instrument defaults to normal mode (C4 = raw sample) master

Add a chromaticSample flag (default false). Plain-backtick global sample now plays the raw recording anchored at C4 with chromatic steps from C4 — no more force-detecting the fundamental and pitch-shifting into C4 range. Chromatic (pitch-corrected) mode is behind the flag, awaiting a trigger decision. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
