`mail`: the inbox `tell` has been filling since april master
`tell` wrote every message into a `tells` collection and nothing ever read it — the push notification was the whole inbox. so: `mail @prutti hey prutti hello` from the prompt, bare `mail` to read what came in. a message is filed against the recipient's sub, so a rename can't orphan a thread. four spellings reach a person — @handle, handle, the permahandle (ac25namuc), and either at mail.aesthetic.computer. the permahandle is canonical and listed first; the @handle is an alias that follows the rename. the send path moves to backend/mail.mjs so `tell` and `mail` are one thing. two fixes fall out: the old mail piece called res.json() on userRequest (which already hands back parsed json) so it never once loaded, and tell signed messages with getHandleOrEmail — which falls back to the sender's real email address, into a stranger's inbox. nameFor uses the permahandle instead. nothing leaves the wall yet. no smtp in here.
