menuband: polyrhythm trainer as separate side-by-side circles master

Each rhythm gets its own circle instead of stacked concentric rings, so a finger can own a rhythm. Taps route by the contact's normalized x — equal vertical bands mirroring the left-to-right layout — and score against that circle's grid only, replacing the nearest-grid guess that let a sloppy 3-circle tap be excused by a nearby 2-circle beat. The clock now holds N counts (3:2, 4:3, 5:4, 3:4:5) with per-circle click voices. --render-polyrhythm gains --pattern/--phase/--bpm/--light/--scale so the reel lane can sweep phase deterministically; pop/menuband gains the polyrhythm jingle + sim that light each circle from its own audio lane.
