ac-electron: install.fish — pull latest signed DMG into /Applications master

New CLI sibling to dev.fish/release.fish that downloads the published universal DMG from releases.aesthetic.computer/desktop, mounts it, copies Aesthetic.Computer.app into /Applications, strips the quarantine flag, and (by default) launches it. Skips re-download when the same version is already installed. Also wired as `npm run install:mac`.
