oskiewar mac: re-register the app on install so the Dock shows its icon master

Installing over the old bundle left LaunchServices and the Dock holding a stale (blank) icon; touching the bundle and running lsregister -f makes the Dock draw the current Oskiewar.icns. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
