Menu bar face is now a template SF Symbol wand (wand.and.stars), tinting to the bar like Menu Band's note glyph, instead of the multicolored wizardGuy (which stays a costume in the menu/About). New --background flag brings the app up menu-bar-only (accessory policy, no window/dock/focus steal) for the startup LaunchAgent; clicking the icon promotes to .regular and opens the calendar.
