Standalone dev tool: tiles open PRs (via gh pr list) as real browser contexts with review-priority sort, settledness pills, per-status hue injection, auto light/dark, focus mode + inline gh review actions, shared persist:github login (sign-in + Chrome cookie import), and a horizontal full-height column band. Repo/author config is read from a gitignored cockpit.config.json (see the committed cockpit.config.example.json) — no private config in the tree.
