The pad/piece runs inside a nested <webview> that Electron doesn't surface as its own CDP target, so its client-side console is invisible to external probes. Attach console-message + render-process-gone + unresponsive listeners on the webview's webContents → write to ~/.ac-os/webview-console.log (tailable remotely) and mirror errors/warnings to the app's stdout. Lets us catch a pad/tour crash in context.
