Aesel 0.8.6: the web build finds aesel/ again, and hosted billing ships master

The phone/web bundle resolved its /easel/ URL prefix onto the old easel/ folder; it now maps to aesel/. Pro-only modules the hosted engine now imports (workspace tools, the MCP client) get browser stubs, since the phone never runs them. Version bump so installed copies pick up the aesthetic provider's open models and braincell billing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
