jukewizard: compact-disc icon + roster mascot (gen-cd-icon.sh) master

Iridescent CD (angular diffraction wheel over brushed silver, hub hole, clamp rings, specular streak) replaces the wizard mascot as JukeWizard's identity — dock icons (light/dark squircle) + the DateWizard 'Our Wizards' roster mascot. Original wizard art kept as jukewizard-mascot-wizard.png.
