menuband: take DMG only — drop the .mbtape artifact master

saveStoppedTakeToDesktop no longer emits the parallel .mbtape zip; only the mountable DMG lands on the Desktop. buildMbtape() stays in TakeDMG for an easy flag-back-on later.
