menuband: v1 release candidate — stamp 1.5.0 (150) master

Bumps CFBundleShortVersionString/CFBundleVersion off the stale 1.4.2 (142) left after the June 5 v1 cutoff. Every in-app version display reads from the bundle Info.plist, so this is the single source of truth; manifest.json and latest.json stay at 1.4.2 until an actual DMG is published via bin/publish-release.fish.
