Creds from vault/buzzsprout/.env. - video.mjs: caption-only reading video (no cover) — centered text, per-episode colour theme (--bg/--fg/--title), title held over intro, each caption lingers to the next. Baked with ImageMagick (this ffmpeg has no libass); segments encoded then concatenated (concat demuxer drops still-image durations). - produce.mjs: louder bed default (0.30), sentence-level SRT from the timeline, --kit; jingle.mjs: louder felt drums, 5 kits; kits.mjs audition tool. - .claude/skills/reading: one-invocation essay→published-reading pipeline with publish-allowlist guardrail (never publish named-markets/REGARDE).
