oskiewar v169: one clip rule for figures, shadows and parts master
A lone projected point was pinned at the camera pin instead of clipped, and every fan and capsule drawn from a pinned point drew wrong: a bone that crossed the near plane raked across the frame in the death cinematic, and the first-person inset admitted figures nearer than the pin and scaled them for their real distance, so one head filled the view. `project` now says when it pinned (`behind`). A figure's bones are cut at the real near plane through `worldSegment`, like every other world segment, and a bone wholly behind the plane collapses onto the head at zero width so the role lookups still find it. A figure whose head is behind the pin is not drawn at all; the inset admits figures only past the pin; renderables behind the lens are skipped before their depth is read; a spot shadow whose caster is behind the lens is skipped; detached parts go through `worldSegment` too. The three renderer clip tests that failed at HEAD were pinned to the old stage (an eye at y 11400 over a floor at 1800); they now build a floor that straddles the plane from the stage's own constants, and the sweep accepts a floor that lies wholly under the frame. 9/9. Suite 167/198, none new.
