editor: promote Keep to a top-level tab + guard Learn refs during Monaco load master

- Keep is now a top-level tab (Learn / List / Music / Keep) instead of a sub-tab under List. Moved the embedded keeps.html iframe into a #keep-content panel with its own tab handler (lazy-load + post current piece). Removed the old Keeps list-subtab, its subcontent, and now-dead CSS. - onDidChangeCursorPosition skips Learn-tab reference lookups while content is set programmatically (initial restore / code-load / decrypt) — Monaco is still chunking in then and they fired spuriously.
