confessional speedup, part four: assemble the feed once, hand it to everyone master
The reader feed — every published page plus every answered question — is identical for all subscribers, yet each boot reassembled it from scratch, and every asker without a handle cost two identity-provider round-trips per assembly. Cache the assembled feed in-process (mutations all flow through this one long-lived process, so publish, unpublish, answer, clear, and account deletion invalidate it exactly; a 60s TTL bounds staleness from out-of-module handle changes). Handle misses are now remembered within an assembly, and single-page fetches reuse the cached question set instead of re-walking every asker.
