chat: a linked sound gets a chip too master
The vox chip already speaks @prutti's own messages; now the same chip, in blue, plays a file someone linked — mp3, wav, ogg, m4a, webm, the formats net.preload decodes. flac stays out on purpose: preload can't decode it, so the chip could only ever fail. A message carrying a link plays the link, not its words, and a linked clip is left to the kill callback — it has no word table and no known duration, so sim's wall-clock backstop would have cut it off at 1.5 seconds. pruttivox grows a --file lane and speaks a long text in stitched pieces; the 1200-character cap refused anything page-length, and prutti mailed in an 8.5k-character interview. sfx.mjs: arrCompress's second argument is a stride, not a point count, so the old constant 256 asked paint for a 30,000-point polyline every frame on a long sample — measured at 713ms per frame, which is why the piece never drew. Compressed once now, at a stride that scales. This does not make `sfx <url>` work: a 174-second mp3 still takes the renderer down, three times running, for a reason I have not found.
