slab/yergersnap: white semi-transparent strokes, taller snap button master

Switches outline / X / label / sliders chip from NSColor.labelColor to explicit semi-transparent white so nothing reads as black on light wallpapers. Also bumps the snap button to 21pt tall (matching MenuBand's white-key height) with a larger 11pt dot, 11.5pt SF semibold label, and slightly more horizontal padding.
