ac-electron: pink line-art pals icon + fix --dev piece-arg; fonts: restore MatrixChunky8 y descender master

- pals tray icon now always pink line-art (no system-accent tint, no flood-fill silhouette, no drop shadow), sized to 0.94 of the menubar. - fix arg parse: `--dev` with no `--piece` wrongly grabbed args[0] as the piece ('--dev'), 404ing on localhost and falling back to prompt-on-prod. - restore the 'y': { y: 2 } MatrixChunky8 descender override (dropped in a star-spacing commit).
