wip: alarm round 2 (thin edge line + bell ding) + ac-electron guard — held, off-spec master

Still NOT what @jeffrey asked for: he wants a FULLSCREEN red blink; this went the other way to a thin edge line. Preserving the work (bell-ding sound, YWFT text, lissajous shake, ac-electron/reinstall.sh preflight guard). Needs a fullscreen redo before merge. Alarm test-firing was disarmed on blueberry.
