menuband: robot badge on the icon while a fleet performance drives it master

A round-headed robot (dot eyes) paints in the chip's top-left corner while a synced play/say cue is driving the app, so the menubar reads 'a machine, not the keyboard, is playing me.' New KeyboardIconRenderer.fleetDriving flag + drawChipFleetRobot; AppDelegate.markFleetActive lights it through the end of the longest track / utterance and auto-clears via a one-shot timer.
