People sit in laer-klokken all day, but the envelope's unread count was asked once at boot and never again, so a letter landing mid-afternoon stayed invisible until the next reload. The count is now re-asked every minute and right after the window regains focus, one request in flight, repainting only when the number moves. In mail, a reader wrote "not sure if this is the right way to reply" — tapping a letter silently opened compose. Inbox rows now carry a reply (svar) chip, compose says "replying to @handle" above the fields, and the subject comes over as "Re: …". Both pieces gain a ?test=1 BroadcastChannel hook ("ac-mail-test") for the browser journey test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
