notepat native: Menu-Band-style GM instruments + chord/linger/octave keys master
Brings Menu Band's MIDI-instrument + interaction model to notepat, mapped onto the native C synth voices (no soundfont exists on AC OS): - 128 GM programs selectable via number keys (multi-digit, 0.8s window, Menu Band semantics): 1->prog0 .. 128->prog127, 0 = MIDI passthrough. Each GM family maps to a native voice recipe (pipes->whistle waveguide, guitars->harp pluck, pianos->piano modal, strings->bowed saw, etc.). - GM program names are VERBATIM from the MMA RP-003 spec Table 2 (Clavi, 'Guitar harmonics', SynthStrings/SynthBrass one-word, 'Synth Voice', 'Bag pipe', 'Shanai'); readout numbers 1-128 per the spec. - ',' / '<' octave down, '.' / '>' octave up (attack/decay moved to '/'). - ctrl = major triad, alt = minor, ctrl+alt = sus2 (multi-voice per key). - shift = linger: notes ring out + fade (sustained vs staccato by GM family). Custom kits (war/zoo/laser/percussion), DJ, radio F5 untouched. Implemented by a subagent; GM names reconciled against RP-003 by hand. Middle C = MIDI 60 conforms. Needs on-device build to playtest.
